Tini Riese is an expert in evaluating and providing assistance to neurodivergent individuals, particularly adults with Autism Spectrum Condition, as well as offering support to their families, partners, and caregivers. With a rich background that spans over two decades, Tini has gained her extensive experience by serving autistic adults in both public health services and nonprofit sectors.
Engaged in ongoing research, Tini's work is centred on elevating the perspectives of autistic adults. Her passion for fostering comprehension and acceptance is evident in her active role in creating and instructing courses for the neurodevelopmental master's program at The New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, which is in partnership with Middlesex University. In addition to her educational contributions, Tini is an accomplished author, having co-authored a book about autism and bullying, and has worked alongside autistic adults to produce a post-diagnostic workbook aimed at self-reflection.
She conducts workshops designed to enhance the understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace, targeting both managers and employees.
