In addition, I provide skills training grounded in neuroscience principles, designed to help clients feel safer and regain control over their lives.

Counselling

I use an embodied approach to counselling, that integrates the mind and body in the therapeutic process, understanding that emotions, stress, and trauma are often stored physically. I encourage clients to become aware of their bodily sensations and physical experiences as part of their healing journey. Through practices like breathwork, movement, body awareness, and grounding techniques, I help clients process emotions, release tension, and connect more deeply with themselves, fostering both emotional and physical well-being.

Neurodiversity Coaching

I offer neurodiversity coaching as a personalised, strength-based approach aimed at empowering individuals with neurodivergent minds, such as those with ADHD, autism, or other cognitive variations. By integrating DBT skills—like mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—I help clients manage challenges in emotional and behavioural responses. My coaching also focuses on building self-awareness and a deep understanding of each person’s unique neurodivergent diagnosis, fostering acceptance and self-advocacy. I equip clients with tools to navigate their lives with confidence, improving their emotional well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

 Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), is an innovative therapeutic approach that blends the principles of cognitive therapy with mindfulness practices. MBCT is rooted in the idea that being fully present in the moment can be deeply healing. Through this approach, I help individuals learn how to break away from negative thought patterns that often contribute to mood and anxiety disorders, empowering them to manage their emotions more effectively and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
