A Eurythmy Meditation for “I” Strengthening
Center yourself and act freely from the heart.
In this workshop you will learn a sequence of movements accompanied by words which, done as a daily practice, can become an anchor in your life. It gives us a way to build our connection to the cosmic forces working in us.
Beginning in a mood of devotion we move through an acknowledging of our three soul forces as gifts we receive and perceive. We then take hold of our will while, centred in our heart, we carefully hold the middle between the adversarial powers. The sequence ends with gratitude and hope.

Eurythmy for Resilience

In this class, participants will learn specific exercises which strengthen the resilience of the body's life forces so that the organism can assert its integrity against foreign influences. The whole person is addressed so that also on a soul-spiritual level boundaries are strengthened.

Zoom Eurythmy Classes
Those who suffer from arthritis know that movement is recommended when the joints become stiff and painful.The eurythmy exercises you will learn are gentle and re-enlivening for the joints. They have a warming and loosening effect enabling an increase in one's range of movement. Most of the exercises can also be done in sitting when that is preferable.
